English is an vibrant language in the modern times.It plays an pivotal role in the present scenario.English language gained its popularity in India with the coming of British rulers.During the period of British ruler’s they introduce English language and western education to create a class of Indians who could serve the imperial ruler as an officials and link between them and the peoples .English is rapidly become a world language,because it give more importance to communication.Day by day our thought , life style, approach about life ,communication style, etc are changed.English also known as link language .As it is used to link the different states and also the people of the same region speaking different dialects.It is the means of international communication.English is international in the sense that it helps in interlinking the people living in the different countries of the world and make international relations.we can easily understand the culture of other people. And its not only in India ,but in international level also .It is the medium of all international organisations like UNO, NATO, WHO, trade, technology,etc also depend on English language.

English also dominate the field of trade and commerce all over the world,because most of the work in this field based on English.We are using many products of other countries on which the details will be in English. And the main point is that rules and regulations of trade are mostly in English.Also English plays a vital role in education .It is the medium of acquiring new knowledge of science,technology,tourism, or any field.Modern information in any branch of knowledge is more easily available and accessible mostly in English books or books translated in to English.The English language provides a lot of worldwide opportunities for employment.It is the language which rich in knowledge, speaking English is the key to the store house of knowledge.The fact is that so many people now use English language as either a first or second language indicates that ,English is likely to remain a globally dominant language for many years to come .so English is considered as a international language or worldwide language.

Education is a tool for build our nation, which provides people with knowledge, skill,information,enables them to know their rights and duties towards their family, society as well as nation.Education develops the strength to fight against injustice,violence,and many other bad issues in the society.It gives us knowledge of the world around us.Education is the most important element in the evaluation of nation.Without education we can’t explore new ideas.without education there is no creativity and also there is no development.

Education plays a very important role in the modern world.Because we are live in a competitive word ,so people need a good /standard education for this competitive world. Education give some good result in peoples life.It helps in removing poverty as if a person is educated ,she/he can get a good job and fulfill all the basic needs of family.If a person is well educated ,he will not be fooled by anyone ,because he can thing critically as well as know about what is right and what is wrong.An educated person never involve in any violence and social evils. It lead a safe and secure life.Through education our country will be developed easily.A person who get good education ,they can serve their county well.Education also help to develops good ideology (political).Education plays a vital role in the development of women empowerment.we know that society follow some customs like dowry system ,sati, widows remarriage ,etc.And these can be vanished with the power of education.Education is the important part to change the world.We know that ,lack of education ,many illiterate people faces some social issues like discrimination,injustice and untouchability . It leads to the upliftment of nation .Moreover education give good communication with people or society.It improve a person communication skill and body language.

I n this modern period we can’t live without mobile phone or emails, newspaper etc.Most of the information is communicated by writing Even using a phone can never be possible without getting a proper education .we know that education is a social institution,it provides knowledge,cultural norms and values.Through the right education a person can develop good moral values Education brings equal opportunity for both men and women.And they can make a good society.without education our society is like a waste land.Educated people always find a solution for their problems with the help of good education.And they know how to deal the problems.Through education we can understand the responsibility towards our nation.An uneducated man can’t be aware of his duties or responsibilities.Educated people give something back to society,It help us to become a good human being.

Social mobility refers to the change in the social status of a person or a group.social mobility simply means that a change in a social structure of an individual.The change can be either higher or lower.social mobility can be classified in to several way,and also people can experience different types of mobility in their lives.mobility is classified in to six .Horizontal mobility,Vertical mobility,Upward mobility, Downward mobility,inter generational mobility, inter generational mobility. Horizontal mobility means that when a person change their occupation but their overall social standing is unchanged or is the process of making change in the same status level( eg; Doctor)Vertical mobility is an important form of social mobility.It is the process of change in one status to another,it may be higher or lower.Upward mobility is a type of mobility,if a person moves from a lower position in society to higher position of the same social group or society.it help to change in the attitude,aptitude,economical status of a person.And also help to change their way of thinking and behavior Downward mobility is just opposite of upward mobility.When a person moves from higher social level to lower .Inter generational mobility means when the social position changes from one generation to another.so the change can be upward or down ward.(eg;a farmer give better opportunity to education and his son become a doctor or lawyer. Intra generational mobility means social position occurs during the life span of the single generation .
